Christmas competition gently Cake

The administrators of the Facebook group Gently cake decorated cakes and co. They asked me to participate as a sponsor to a beautiful competition of the group dedicated to Christmas creations. But let's go back to the Christmas competition, which took place on this very nice Facebook group.
The task of the participants was to share his own Christmas creations and the group's administrators had the difficult task of choosing the winner. In the end after a long and hard work of the jury (it is not easy for nothing to make the decisions of the genre) the absolute winner was proclaimed Tiziana Tuzzolino.

I copy the administrator post where they explained their decision:

Christmas Chic Cake

This cake for me special is a sentimental extension of how I see my Christmas. I wanted to mix the simplicity and essentiality of a event so important as Christmas with elements of strong visual impact such as the shimmer of the balls and the base plan of my cake, all dominated by the elegance of the Christmas star entirely made by hand.
It is the topper of my dream that has become so reality.
Height, clean and linear shapes, warm colors, intense and simple contrasts, are the features I wanted to put in the foreground for this creation, and to do it I used techniques such as 3D processing of focal elements such as holly, balls and star more realistic Possible, distributed in the various planes, as if the eye from bottom to top should cause a feeling of pleasant astonishment to be a look at her.

Graziella Albore Grace's Decoration

Looking for something different to test me about a couple of years ago I noticed these Asian creations that struck me. Studying for some time the way to make them I created my gelatin flowers based on the three-dimensional Jelly Art.
This Christmas star was created petal for petal with even the leaves and the center, starting from a transparent gelatine base and injecting inside the panna cotta using some tools I could find easily.
To make the flowers inside use simple syringes (no needles with leaves or petals already set) because the most beautiful part is really creating each time using only manual skills, fantasy and creativity. The basis on which the creation rests is a white chocolate Bavarian to make the creation more attractive.

Christmas arrives, how nice!
Our imagination takes shape and when they asked me a cake that represented the Christmas spirit, I tried to imagine how I could make it.
And then I imagined it: simple but effective!

The cake has a chocolate sponge cake base with double filling of hazelnut cream, decorated exclusively with white and red cream. Red roses were made with a six-pointed 9mm spout. The writing Merry Christmas and the saploret are fridge biscuits decorated with ice (my new passion). The other two sapres are meringue.

This Christmas I decided to try my hand at my first short-haired little house ... I wanted a different little house ... Romantic but a little realistic ... I used the technique that recreates the wood effect with the use of cocoa. I started from the cards that I designed on the baking paper ... then I prepared the pastry ... shaped the shapes by hand and made of the wood-like engravings that I have then decorated with a sparkling brush in the cocoa powder.

I cooked everything and when I was very cold I started decorating with the preparation for ice. Let it dry well and then assembled everything using melted dark chocolate. Inside I put Lucine to make it more suggestive.

Arianna Lupica

Hi, my name is Arianna Lupica and I have a 360-degree passion for pastry and cake design. My Christmas Cake was born for an exhibition of Christmas cakes in my country. Instead of always doing the usual decorations in sugar paste I thought of creating decorations with the fantastic Artgel of Gina Assini.

So I made Christmas star, candle flame and Christmas balls with this product. It is a food jelly with which you can do everything. I love him.
Then I brushed the classic Christmas colors with the gold top hand-sleeved.

The white collar technique on the candle and on the first floor to simulate the snow was made of real frozen (Royal Ice) with 2 different sits. The ice I used was made by me following the tips that taught me the fantastic philomena tavano. I used DEKORIS sugar paste for coverage and Saracino For the red floor where I simply applied a sugar paste with Scottish plot.

It was a fantastic job that gave me great satisfaction and thank you all those who appreciated it.

As a child I was always passionate about the creation of the crib in this magical period of Christmas. When I visited exhibitions in my city I always said that I would have liked to participate with my creation and I certainly would never have imagined doing it in sugar, also because I didn't know that one day I would be able to do what I do now ...
Now my little desire has realized and my nativity is exhibited in that showing cribs that I admired as a child in my city!
