3.1 / General
All products on our online catalog are exclusively addressed to end users, which the law defines “Consumers”. The product offers as well as the prices of the same are valid until still visible and purchaseable on the site and however until stocks are exhausted
These general terms and conditions of sale govern only the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders among ecommmerce site users Sugarmania.it that they have completed the age (years 18) and the company itself, limited to the products present on the site Sugarmania.it. The characteristics and prices of the products are clearly shown in the offer for each product.
3.2 / Purchase of products
For the purchase of products the customer will have to register as a user at Sugarmania.it and after having reviewed the General Conditions, with particular reference to the contribution for the delivery costs and to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, of the Privacy, will compile and send the order form in electronic format, following the instructions contained in the site, putting each product of its own interest in the appropriate "carrello", selecting the desired payment method and choosing the option "invia order".
Before submitting your purchase order, the customer will have the opportunity to correct any data entry errors, modify the quantity or delete some of the products previously inserted in his "carrello", following the appropriate modification procedures contained in the site
By sending the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the General Provisions. The Customer will have the opportunity to view and follow the status of his order through the "Orders" area of his account.
3.3 / Order receipt confirmation
In accordance with Article 53 of the Consumer Code (D.L. 206, 06/09/205), the customer receives, at the time of execution of the contract, by email, confirmation of receipt of the purchase order, containing a summary of the essential characteristics of the ordered product, its price, the amount paid, the geographical address to submit any complaints or request other information.
3.4 / Transport and delivery
ITALY
The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer when completing the order. The customer may request the delivery of what is ordered to a natural person, whose residence or residence is located within the Italian territory
Delivery costs are borne by the Customer and are distinctly highlighted on the Website and the order form. The amount to be paid for the shipment is €.6,90; for purchases greater than €.99,00 the shipment is free. All purchases will be delivered by express courier BRT,SDA (Poste) or TNT at your choice from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. Sugarmania is not responsible for any unpredictable delays.
All shipments made by courier BRT, SDA (Poste) and TNT are traceable thanks to the link received via and email directly from the chosen carrier. The delivery is carried out from Monday to Friday (Saturday and holidays excluded), throughout the national territory, within 4 (four) working days, with departure from the day after that in which the optical reading of the barcode is for the first time performed at the sorting hub
In any case, unless the cases of force majeure or case provided for, in accordance with the terms provided for in Article 54 of the Consumer Code, the Products will be delivered within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the day following that in which the Customer sent the order to Sugarmania, except for the impossibility to deliver the ordered goods following the non-availability, even temporary, of the products, of which however will be communicated to the customer within the expiry of the said term. For the delivery of the goods the presence of the customer or of a person in charge of the address of the recipient indicated in the order is necessary. At the time of delivery of the goods by the Courier, the customer is obliged to check that the number of packages in delivery corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the parcel is intact and unaltered. In the event of any damage to the parcel and/or products or the failure to match the number of packages, the Customer must accept the goods with written control reserve on the Courier's delivery test. Once the transport document is signed to the Corriere, the Customer may not object to any dispute regarding the external characteristics of the package delivered or the possible lack of other packages.
EUROPE
The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer when completing the order. The customer may request the delivery of what is ordered to a natural person, whose residence or residence is located within the territory of the countries listed below.

4 / Guarantees and product indications
Sugarmania buy products on its website directly from suppliers and traders carefully selected for their scrupulous and stringent quality controls. Products for sale on Sugarmania.it, corresponding to industry standards, highlight in each web page the main features and purposes of use. The photos of the products on sale may differ slightly from the real in terms of image and colors due to the browser or monitor type used and are intended for pure indicative purpose. The technical characteristics of a product, the approvals and safety statements of each product sold by Sugarmania.it are indicated on the label or on the packaging or in the instructions of use of the product and can be reported entirely or for extracted on the site itself in connection with the illustration of the Product.
The price of the products is expressed in euro and includes VAT, as well as all applicable taxes and taxes. Prices are subject to change. Please always check the final sale price before sending the order proposal.
All products are delivered with an attached and sealed identification tag/tag. Please do not remove the seals of the purchased products, label or tag if you wish to return the purchased product.
Sugarmania it is not in any way responsible for the incorrect information or data and any technical or other inaccuracies provided by third parties that may be indicated in the products. All products are covered by the guarantee for defects of conformity, of the duration not less than 24 (twenty) months, lent limited to the Italian territory to the Vatican City State and the Republic of San Marino (“Legal guarantee of conformity for consumer goods) provided by Title III, Chapter I of the Consumer Code (art. 128 and below).
The warranty, provided for the duration indicated above and within the specified territory, applies to the product that has a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, in compliance with its use destination and as provided in the technical documentation or instructions attached to use. This guarantee is provided only to the customer who is Consumer. In case of lack of conformity Sugarmania will, at its expense, restore the conformity of the product by repairing/replacement or reducing the price, unless the contract is resolved if necessary. Guarantee assistance is provided after performance of the purchase title.
Sugarmania reserves the right to replace the product also with a product of superior characteristics, i.e. to terminate the sales contract with return of the entire amount paid and any additional expenses for the case where, for any reason, it is not possible to restore or replace a Product in warranty. Sugarmania does not respond for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements by third parties and/or the manufacturer. In cases where the product is returned in order to benefit from the guarantee, the product must be returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories).
Sugarmania guarantees compliance with quality standards for products on sale, exclusively until delivery time. Any liability arising from improper use of the products after delivery is excluded.
4.1 / Residue goods and right of Recesso.
The Customer may return the products purchased by the Customer at their own expense Sugarmania without penalty and without specifying the reason, within ten (10) working days from receipt of the products purchased from Sugarmania. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send to the following address: info@sugarmania.it a communication containing:
- the manifestation of will to avail itself of the right of withdrawal pursuant to article 64 of the Consumer Code;
- the indication of the Products for which the Customer wants to avail himself of the right of withdrawal;
- the progressive number of orders issued at the time of purchase;
- the data relating to the bank account of the Customer, only in case the Customer has made the payment by bank transfer or by credit card.
This communication may be sent within 10 (ten) days, including by e-mail, telegram and fax.
The products must be returned intact, complete with accessories, in their original packing; where present; the original seal of individual products must also be intact. The right of withdrawal is not permitted in the case of:
- purchase of sealed packaged products, returned with the packaging no longer sealed;
- products not substantially intact or presenting damages, difformity, deterioration and/or alterations of any kind;
- goods which by their nature cannot be sent back or which risk deteriorating or altering rapidly;
- foodstuffs, drinks or other household goods for current use.
The delivery costs for the return of the Products shall be borne by the Customer; any expenses incurred by the Customer for the return will not be refundable. If the right of withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the provisions contained in this section, Sugarmania will refund the full amount of the products rendered.
If the return is not in accordance with the general terms and conditions set out in paragraph 4 of these general conditions of sale, no refund will be made of the amounts already paid to Sugarmania; however, the customer may receive, at his own expense, the products under the conditions in which they have been returned to Sugarmania. If you do not want to receive the products under the conditions in which they have been returned, Sugarmania is authorized to retain the products and sums already received.
4.2 / Time and Refund Procedures
After the products were returned, Sugarmania will verify the conformity of the products according to the conditions indicated in paragraph 4 above. When Sugarmania will be able to confirm that these conditions have occurred, Sugarmania will send an email confirming the acceptance of the returned products.
Any type of payment used by the Customer for the purchase, the refund procedure will be made within thirty (30) days of sending by Sugarmania of the email confirming the acceptance of the returned products. The amount paid corresponding to the returned items will be refunded by Sugarmania to those who have made the payment.
5 / Applicable law and protection of rights
Contracts concluded with Sugarmania through the Website are governed by Italian law and in particular by Italian legislative decree of 6 September 2005 n° 206 on distance contracts and by Italian legislative decree of 9 April 2003 n° 70 for aspects relating to electronic commerce.
Pursuant to Articles 140 and 141 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to act in order to protect its interests through a consumer association or to promote an attempt of extrajudicial composition for the resolution of any disputes. Alternatively, the Customer is entitled to promote an ordinary judgment for the settlement of disputes arising from the interpretation, execution and validity of these General Conditions.
