Fantastic chocolate-shaped cake Ferrero Rocher

Today I present Sabrina Grasso, who prepared a tutorial for our blog to create a magnificent cake in the shape of a Ferrero Rocher chocolate.

How did we find Sabrina and its original cake? Sabrina is one of the winners of our competition for recipes and tutorials, which we organized on our Facebook page.

As soon as I saw this very original chocolate-shaped cake Ferrero Rocher I had no doubt, which would be part of the winners. This Ferrero Rocher cake with nutella and hazelnuts is a giant chocolate with a soft heart covered with whole hazelnuts. A cake rich in super nutella creamy, an explosion of pure guts at every taste, really sublime.

For my birthday I wanted to grant me this little sin of throat, because I love nutella and hazelnuts. I was already decided for the shape, but I was perplexed for the taste, so I did a little search on the net, but there was nothing that attracted me, only the classic cakes with hazelnut cream. But I wanted a giant chocolate with a soft heart and many hazelnuts, and here I created this recipe taking inspiration from the preparation of the Ferrero Rocher chocolate.

I customized everything and became my Ferrero Rocher cake. This cake seems complex but is easy to realize and without cooking. Good running and get ready for compliments.

Tools

  • 2 cups 15 cm
  • Food film
  • Food processor
  • 20 cm wavy pudding mold

Ingredients for the trash

  • Your favorite shortbread pasta
  • Gold dye
  • Plastic chocolate or sugar paste

Ingredients for Rocher

  • 500 g of hazel wafer plus a pair aside
  • 2 tablespoons of whipped cream
  • 150 g of hazelnuts
  • 4/5 tablespoons of nutella
  • Dark chocolate q.b.
  • Coffee q.b.
  • A couple of savoyard

Ingredients for filling

  • 200 ml of cream
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • Hazelnuts to taste

Lining 2 cups of 15 cm with transparent food film.

Weigh and prepare all ingredients.

Chop wafer and hazelnuts.

In a container the chopped wafers, the chopped hazelnuts, the nutella (3/4 spoons) and the whipped cream (2 tablespoons).

Mix everything until you become a soft and malleable dough.

Put dough in two cups by crushing it well against the walls.
Put for 30 minutes in freezer.

Inzupper the savoiards in the coffee and place them in the cup. Above the satierdirs put the nutella.

Put the wafer over Savoiardi leaving the free center. Return to freezer.

Prepare white chocolate ganache. Heat on the heat 200 ml of cream without boiling it. Switch off and add white chocolate.

Join the hazelnuts to the white chocolate ganache, pour it in the center of the cups and put it in the freezer for an hour.

Remove the cups from the freezer and remove the shape semi-shaped.

Put melted dark chocolate in the edges of the semi-shaped and add them to create a sphere. Replace the sphere in freezer.

Apply more dark chocolate to fix the imperfections of the attachment.

Brush the cake with other melted chocolate and "breading" with chocolate blown rice or chopped hazelnuts.

Prepare the basket cooking your favorite shortbread in a pudding-wavy mold at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Coat the basket with plastic chocolate or sugar paste and draw golden strips with gold food dye.

Assemble the dessert, put the ribbon and label.
