When we talk about tarts the first thing that comes to mind is that the tart is round ... and if instead I told you that the tart that Elena prepared for us is oval and is it very very beautiful?
Sometimes a few small tricks and a small shape or taste innovation to get a sweet that strikes at first glance! It also happened to the oval tart of Elena ... struck me and sunk at the first look. Below I put a recipe that I love a lot, a fresh sweet and beautiful presentation, the recipe of the Sablè dough I took it from the blog Misfya's recipes while that of the cream I used so many years that I don't remember from where you arrive!

List of ingredients:
For almond sable paste: (source misma)
- 190 gr flour 00
- 110 gr Cold butter in pieces
- 25 gr Almond flour
- 1 whole middle egg (40gr)
- 70 gr sugar icing
- 1 pinch of salt
- vanilla essence
For cream:
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 150 gr sugar
- 50 gr flour 00
- half liter of very hot milk
Ps: this dose is very abundant, it is more than enough for two tarts
For the decoration and the composition of the Dolce:
- 1 small strawberry tray
- sugar paste florets (to be put only one second before serving otherwise the moisture of the cream will melt the sugar paste)
- icing sugar
- apricot jam
Equipment:
- Rolling pin
- 5 mm wooden thicknesses
- microphoratory matSilicone (or parchment paper)
- baking pan, possibly microphorate otherwise it is good that you are important is to be straight !!
- 28 cm butt and floured 28 cm oval or oval band

Proceedings
Let's start with Pasta Sable '! Mix flour and cold butter to pieces until it becomes "sand" type, you can do it by hand or if you have the planetary with the leaf hook, add the almond flour, salt, icing sugar and last the egg and vanilla.
Knead until you reach a homogeneous mixture. Wrap in the film and refrigerate for a couple of hours, better yet if done from the evening before. Spread the dough by helping them with the thicknesses and putting it between two sheets of parchment paper. Rest it on the microphorated mat or on the parchment paper that you will have already put over the baking sheet and copped with the micro-perforated band. Remove the excess around.
Spread the pasta again always helping you with the thicknesses and cut two strips to make the band, I tell you two strips because I make one is very long but if you succeed so better! Enter the pasta well to the micro-perforated band, you can press well nothing happens! Remove excess with a knife using it from the opposite side to the blade.
Bake in a static oven at 160 ° / 170 ° for about 20 minutes. You know well that the cooking times vary a lot from oven baked then remove your base when the contours will be well golden!
If you look good the photo above you will see that the shortbread has already detached from the metal band even if you have pressed as if there was no tomorrow! However, let it cool well before removing it! There will be advanced a little pasta, then or frozen or make flowers like in photos, cooking them apart and with the oven a little lower otherwise carbonized in 1 minute!
It will come out several and to decorate our tart will suffice 5 or 6 with those who advance ... a nice cup of hot chocolate and make you snack!
We prepare the cream
Put the eggs with sugar into a pot and mount with electric whips until it becomes a frozen cream. First add the flour and mix well and then very hot milk. Immediately put on a low heat fire and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly. The cream will have to be very dense. Fold and put in a few sac with round spout.
We make the tart!
Put the "shortbread container" over a serving tray. Make a thin layer of jam; Put the cream with the sac à a few, finally, add the cut strawberries to the clove and sprinkle everything with icing sugar! At the last place the flowers in pdz and the biscuits hoping that you are not eaten them all!
