EASY FOOD DRIVE COLOR FIRE FIRE 35 g is a lively red-colored edible dye, perfect for any confectionery preparation, especially to obtain a red fire full color of pigments.

How to use:

Withdraw a small part of the coloring to color sugar paste, frozen, dough, butter cream, ganage and other confectionery preparations.

Add the dye until you get the desired result.

For the production of glucose syrup, sulfur dioxide is used, residue not exceeding 15 mg / kg.
