Easy coloring coloring black gel 35 g is a perfect concentrated edible dye for any confectionery preparation, especially to obtain a black color load of pigments.

Perfect for cream, vegetable creams, butter cream, mixtures, sugar paste and in general all pastry and cake design preparations

Ingredients:

Glycerol E422, glucose syrup, water, dye: E172, aroma, thickener: E1422, preservative: Potassium E202 sorbate, pH stabilizer: Citric acid E330.

Can contain traces of soy lecithin

Gluten-free, No GMO

Warnings:

The product is to be used solely for food production purposes.

Food dye, not intended for direct consumption.

How to use:

Withdraw a small part of the dye and mix it with the confectionery preparation to be colored

Add the dye until you get the desired result.

For the production of glucose syrup, sulfur dioxide is used, residue not exceeding 15 mg / kg.
