EASY FOOD DYORE Leather Gel 35 g is a concentrated edible coloring coloring, perfect for any confectionery preparation, especially to faithfully reproduce colored.

How to use:

Withdraw a small part of the coloring to color sugar paste, frozen, dough, butter cream, ganage and other confectionery preparations.

Add the dye until you get the desired result.

The product does not contain allergens: Cereals and derivatives, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulfur dioxide and sulphites, lupins, molluscs.

Possible presence of soy lecithin for Cross Contamination.

For the production of glucose syrup, sulfur dioxide is used, residue not exceeding 15 mg / kg.

The product does not contain genetically modified substances (GMOs).
