Easy coloring coloring light blue gel 35 g

EASY FOOD DYORE COLOR GEL AZZURRO 35 G is a blue-colored edible coloring, perfect for any confectionery preparation, especially to obtain a blue color loaded with pigments.

Perfect for cream, vegetable creams, butter cream, mixtures, sugar paste and in general all pastry and cake design preparations

Ingredients:

Glycerol E422, glucose syrup, water, dyes: E122, E151, E172, aroma, thickener: E1422, preservative: Potassium sorbate E202, pH stabilizer: citric acid E330.

Can contain traces of soy lecithin

Gluten-free, No GMO

Warnings:

The product is to be used solely for food production purposes.

Food dye, not intended for direct consumption.

How to use:

Withdraw a small part of the dye and mix it with the confectionery preparation to be colored

Add the dye until you get the desired result.

Maximum dosage according to the EU regulation n.1129 / 2011 and regulation n. 232/2012

The product does not contain allergens: Cereals and derivatives, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulfur dioxide and sulphites, lupins, molluscs.

Possible presence of soy lecithin for Cross Contamination.

For the production of glucose syrup, sulfur dioxide is used, residue not exceeding 15 mg / kg.

The product does not contain genetically modified substances (GMOs).

The product is carried out according to the Commission Regulation (EU) n. 231/2012 of 9 March 2012 establishing the specifications for the additive foods listed in Annexes II and III of Regulation (EC) No. 1333/2008 of the European Parliament.
