Liposolubile dye in poor yellow Azupowder 2G

The Liposolubile Color Powder Coloring Azupowder 2 G is a concentrated food dye, ideal for coloring fat-based preparations such as chocolate, cocoa butter, butter creams, ganache, fatty glazes and pastry decorations.

The liposolubile formulation makes it particularly suitable for processing in which normal water-soluble dyes do not guarantee an optimal yield, offering an intense, brilliant and uniform yellow.
