Easy food coloring red red Carminio 35 g gel is a dark red concentrated dye colorant, perfect for any confectionery preparation, especially to obtain a red carmination color load of pigments.

How to use:

Withdraw a small part of the coloring to color sugar paste, frozen, dough, butter cream, ganage and other confectionery preparations.

Add the dye until you get the desired result.

The product does not contain allergens: Cereals and derivatives, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, milk, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulfur dioxide and sulphites, lupins, molluscs.

For the production of glucose syrup, sulfur dioxide is used, residue not exceeding 15 mg / kg.
