FUNCAKES ROYAL ICING 900 G real glacier is a professional powder preparation to prepare real frost quickly and easily.

More often it is used to decorate biscuits, to create small frames in the real frozen, to cover monumental cakes or to create creative writing and decorations.
The actual frozen free icing 450 g is very easy to use.
It is ready for use, just add water only to get the desired consistency frozen.
The actual ice is a white color, but you can also easily color with gel dyes, pasta or powder.
The only foresight to use is to check that the food dyes used to color it does not have the glycerine between ingredients, because it slows down the drying of the actual frozen.

Preparation:

- For a well-supported real glaze at 500 grams of sifted mixture add 60 ml of water.

Mix the icing for 7-10 minutes with electric whips or low-speed planetary until you get a consistent glaze. The glaze should not be mounted at high speed to not incorporate too much air, which could create bubbles and once dry would make the uneven surface with small holes where bubbles break.
The glaze is ready when after becoming bright white, it loses a bit of this brilliance and you can lift peaks that don't fall down.

- For a medium consistency glaze add 1 teaspoon of water every 200 grams of icing.

- For a fluid consistency icing add 2 water teaspoons every 200 grams of icing.
