Storage instructions
Not mixed: store in a cool, dry place away from moisture.
Already prepared: remove any residues from the sides of the bowl, then wrap the bowl with transparent film twice or store in an airtight container.
Store in the fridge and use within 1 week.
Always resemble before use.

Instructions for Use
  • Sift 500g in a bowl and add 75ml of cooled, boiled water
  • Mix at low speed for about 5 minutes in a stir electrically (not a kitchen robot) until light and foolish, or slam with a wooden spoon for about 10 minutes
  • The correct consistency has been reached when the icing becomes more white and will be in soft peaks
  • Mixed glaze can be preserved for short periods in a bowl covered with a clean and wet cloth
  • Tip: when covers a cake, add 1 teaspoon of glycerin for 500 g of icing for a softer real frosting that is easier to eat
