Mix for Enchanted Funcakes 450 g cream

Very comfortable mix for Enchanted Funcakes 450 g cream perfect to get a smooth smooth smooth cream perfect for filling and decorating cakes, cupcakes and other types of desserts.

Preparation:

• for 1 Enchanted Cream® portion.
• Mix 150 g of mixture, 100 ml of milk and 100 ml of water for 3 minutes at high speed.
• You can add flavoring pasta
• The cream can be used immediately.
• The cream produced can be stored in the refrigerator for several days, mix before reusing it.
• If you prefer, the dough can be prepared with only milk (200 ml) or water only (200 ml) to make it more creamy or less creamy.
• A portion of Enchanted Cream® is sufficient to fill 2 layers and cover 1 Ø25 cm cake, or to decorate approx. 24-30 cupcakes
