Mix for Swiss Cream Funcakes 500 g cream to decorate cakes
Very comfortable mix for Swiss Cream Funcakes 500 g Perfect to get a perfect smooth and septous cream for filling and decorating cakes, cupcakes and other types of desserts.
Preparation:
- All ingredients must be at room temperature.
- For 1 portion of cream: add 125 ml of water for 125 grams of mixture and beat with a whisk.
- Then let the dough rest at room temperature for at least 1 hour.
- Beat 150 grams of una salted butter for CCA. 5 minutes to make it creamy.
- Add a part of the mixture of butter and beat until the mixture has completely absorbed before adding the next part.
- Once the whole mixture has been added, beat for about 10 minutes.
- A portion of butter cream is sufficient for filling or grouting a 20cm cake or about 12 cupcakes.
- If you want a more compact cream just add more mixtures.
