Preparation:

• Preheat the oven at 180°C (convection oven 160°C).
• Ingredients must be at room temperature. Knead 500 g mix with 1 egg (50 g), 60 g (pan) butter and 60 ml of water in a firm dough and let it stiffen in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
• Spread the dough on a floured surface (often 3 mm) and cut out the cookies.
• Cook the cookies in the middle of the oven for about 12 minutes until browned.
• Let the cookies cool and decorate to taste.

Ingredients: wheat flour,sugar, wheat starch,herbs and spices (zenzero, cinnamon), burned sugar, leavening agent: E500, E450.
